| Post subject: | North Platte Canteen website |
Featured recently on a public TV program, here's a website devoted to this effort by the ladies of North Platte, Nebraska to aid service men and women passing through during WWII. The canteen was in the handsome depot, which was leveled by UP shortly after the coming of Amtrak. http://npcanteen.net/ |
