Thanks for all the information! Here are some questions I still would like to know. Does the railroad use some center cab switchers, is it a tourist / freight railroad, and is it completely defunct? Thanks again in advance!

I am thinking about writing an article regarding Delaware Railroading, Aaron B.

When you visit, go to the Georgetown Industrial Park, by the airport. This is where the shops are, and several pieces of stored equipment, and equipment being serviced. The DCLR shop is also home to Hide Power & Equipment, a leasing/repair operation. On my last visit in 3/2000, there was a USN 65T GE(31871,1/53) out back, and a RS1 and RS18 in the shop. Ask for Mike. He's the GM, a real freindly guy, and a railfan. Two other units I know of, but that are kept somewhere else, are a RS36(ex-A&D/NF&D #2), and a T6. He can direct you to their locations should you want to see them.

Russell,

You seem to know a lot about The Delaware Coast Line Railroad (DCL) . Does the DCL own an 0-6-0T steam locomotive as another user here at RYPN indicated (Is that what a T6 is?) ? Not to make a big deal of it, but you made a mistake, it is my friend up at Delaware (No big deal, during my last post concerning the DCL, another user made the same mistake.) . I am wondering because I am thinking about writing an article regarding Delaware Railroading. Thanks again.

Mistake? What? Where?
If it's about DCLR versus DCL, it's DCLR in my Official Guides, and in the Shortline Railway Guides by Ed Lewis.
A T6 is an ALCO diesel switcher, not a steam engine.

There is (was) a tourist operation out of Lewes (Queen Anne's Railroad?) using an 0-6-0T. Whose trackage is (was)involved I do not know but must be the tank engine Aaron is talking about.
