Nice pic of the Western Pacific Railroad Museum / Golden Gate Railroad Museum hospital train en route to the Niles Canyon Railway:

The train dropped off GGRM equipment for storage at Niles Canyon, then picked up WP 0-6-0 #165 (on flatcars) and continued to Portola. The WPRM also aquired from the GGRM collection WP Pullman car "Clover Plot" and CZ dome "Silver Rifle", among other pieces.
