Brief article, with a couple of photos on this New York State wine-hauling shortline. As I understand it, the original B&H track is still intact but dormant, and the old enginehouse pictired may still exist. Anyone been there lately? The line's last use was to haul tourists; I think it was briefly called the Champagne Railroad and the coaches from this operation may still be there.
B&H 11, a 2-6-0 originally destined for Cuba, is dismantled at Middletown, NY.
