The proposed "American Locomotive Works" development in Providence, RI? http://www.pbn.com/contentmgr/showdetails.php/id/119907 I didn't read it real careful, but saw mention of only an old US Rubber Co. plant and the old Nicholson File Works. Was one of these plants previously the Rhode Island Locomotive Works? Where did they get the American Locomotive Works idea? |
