Obviously lacking her cone nose- anyone have any service history on that? I know I've seen sister displayed with the nose job intact.

When this series was converted to oil, the shop forces concluded that there was to much heat in the front end cracking the smoke box and or door. That's the official memo. Other shop workers stated that the cones were a pain to remove for servicing inside the smoke box so left them off after shopping.
6060's cone is a re-manufacture job when she was shopped in '72 for her excursion carreer built by the shop crew at the Pte backshop in Quebec.
Its a very good re-production.
