Columbia Steel Co. 0-6-0 No. 300

While putting Jeff Terry's Lineside Legacy column for June 2003 on line, I read about CSC 0-6-0 No. 300 being moved to the Heber for restoration to operation. I can't find any further information. Did this actually happen? The column is at:

The 300 was in fact moved to Heber City in 2003 and placed in temporary storage. The locomotive was trucked from Provo to Vivian Park, located in Provo Canyon. Former Union Pacific 618 pulled the 300 to Heber City. Thanks to prior preparations, the 16-mile trip went without incident. In January 2005, the 300 was placed on display near the Heber City depot, adjacent to the stationary Bamberger car/gift shop. The grant application for 300's operational restoration was denied, and current plans are for a limited cosmetic restoration. Great Western 75 and Union Pacific 618 have top priority for restoration dollars, along with other numerous projects at the Heber Valley Railroad.
