If you're a member of Trainorders, Martin Hansen has posted several of his color slides of western logging locomotives (in service) in their steam locomotive section. If you're not a member, they will be thumbnails only, but some of the engines still exist, including Georgia Pacific 9, which lies submerged in an Oregon river.

Actually the #9 is at the bottom of the Wynoochee River Canyon in Washington - near Shelton.
