Does anyone here know what type of stoker SAL #544 (Russian Decapod) has?

Martyn Bane inquired here about Elvin stokers a few weeks ago. I seem to remember the 544 has some sort of odd-ball stoker, and I'm wondering if it was an Elvin (which uses mechanical paddles to distribute the coal instead of steam jets). I haven't gotten a close look at the engine since ~1980, so I'm really out on a limb here.

Any info would be appreciated.

Hugh,

I asked Larry Neal from the staff to holler back at you.
