A rail industry newsletter reports that Michgan's Tuscola & Saginaw Bay ("Tisbee") has been sold to an outfit that specializes in rebuilding and leasing transit cars.

Will the management change affect the Steam Railroading Institute's operations? A dinner train operator (Lake Central) also uses TSBY routes for their services.

This hasn't made the news in Michigan -- though what's happening to the auto industry tends to dominate the news around here.
