The ex-SP 1233 at the Sierra Northern (former Yolo Shortline) is being returned to it's owner, Sacramento Valley Historical Railways, and will be placed on static display at the restored Woodland, CA depot. The historical assn. and the Sierra Northern could not come to terms for renewing the lease of the locomotive. Sierra has purchased another ex-SP 0-6-0 from the GGRM "fire sale" and will restore it in Oakdale at the Sierra RR shops for use on the Woodland Branch.
