This postcard shows one of the original Alaska RR streamliners, with an A-B set of converted military MRS units, none of which survived in wide carbody form. What were the cars? Perhaps former military hospital cars rebuilt for passenger service? Was this the kind of train the FP7s would have pulled when new?
