Post subject:  White River turntable

Central Vermont Railway, at White River Jct., Vermont. I'm surprised they haven't scrapped it. I presume the roundhouse still exists out of sight to the right, last I knew used by a trucking company and flea market. Turntable and roundhouse were the last built on CV, in the late-1920s. Table easily turned the big 700 2-10-4s and was the only one that could turn two GP9s together.
