| Post subject: | V&T RFQ/RFP information |
The Nevada Commission for the Reconstruction of the V&T is soliciting proposals for operators on the reconstructed portion of the V&T between Gold Hill and Carson City. This includes the portion of the railroad that was rebuilt over the Overman Pit last year. This does not include the existing V&T, which remains an operation owned by the Grays. The RFQ/RFP is available as a .PDF and downloadable on our webpage: http://www.stoneconsulting.com/new.html Qualifications for prospective operators are due by August 21. The Phase II business plans from qualified proposers are currently scheduled to be due October 20. Please address questions on the proposal to me at Stone Consulting - randygustafson@stoneconsulting.com . I can't answer questions or make public commentary on the proposal here on the forum - we have to accept proposer questions and publish them via the Addendum process if necessary. I am most interested in making sure that the wide variety of qualfied individuals and organizations that may be interested in submitting qualifications and a plan are aware of the process. |
