Dose anyone have contact info for the project head in charge of the DSS&A wood sleeper at the Clinton County Arts Council at St. Johns, MI? I tried to contact them their web site, but received no response. My wife and I are going to be browsing at the Huckleberry this Sunday, and I'd like to see the car in St. Johns either Saturday or Monday, if possible.

They may only work weekends. I'd forgotten about this one. After news of this car appeared on this board a few months ago, I diverted through St. Johns on an errand in hopes of finding it. No such luck, but I took the eighty feet of new grade and ballast, a front-end loader and two old freight-car trucks as a positive indication that the car was indeed headed for display next to the old GTW depot.

Be sure to stop in Owosso as you follow the old GTW between Flint and St. Johns.
