This has been a hot topic on the Parktrains list. Someone on Parktrains described the train as being custom-built using components from a MTC G-16. Looks like excessive speed on a curve was the obvious direct cause, with operator error or brake failure being variously blamed for the speed. The train tipped over on a curve. The most serious injury was an elderly lady who got a broken arm.
