| Post subject: | Conway Scenic 7470 ready to fire up |
Finnally Conway Scenic will fire up Ex-CN 0-6-0 #7470 tommorow. Most of the day will be spent inside the roundhouse looking things over and then MIGHT pull outside for test runs. It's been a few years now since steam has run here and we are all excited. If all goes well, then 7470 will return to daily service on the valley trains to Conway. Railfans weekend next month should see the locomotive climbing up to Crawford Depot through the Notch and later in December it should be out in the snow for Polar Express. Lets hope all goes well.
