Does anyone know where plans and/or photos of these plans might be available?

Couple of comments:

1. The lot number you quote and the year built do not seem to match. The lot number would place the construction of the car as being about 1905. Is your date a rebuilt date?

2. The Illinois Ry Museum has a large collection of Pullman drawing originals and copies are available for a fee. Bob Kutella of IRM recently made a post under the topic about the "1911 Pullman 10sec,1dr,2cpt." He gave the following contact information

Iguess we need a little additional detail to place this car> We have nearly all the specifications starting at 1903 so it should be easy to identify. For instance, lot 3263 for observation smokers has plan 2115. Next Wednesday, when we can always be reached 10 am - 4:30 pm CDST Jim might call the Pullman Library at 815-923-2020. We prefer inquiries by mail simply because it allows us to process inquiries more easily. But in cases like this sometimes a dialog will clear the mystery. By the way, we have scanned the troop sleeper interior prints of the one lot to include with the exterior views so are ready to make a CD for those who have signed the license form and submitted the required funds. My earlier statement about accessing Standard Steel Car passenger car drawings is approaching reality, with General Drawings from 1903 to 1924 now identified from Pennsylvania State Archives and with the assistance of Eric Neubauer. Thanks, Eric! The SSC freight car drawings are now getting organized on the shelves, for the period 1903 - 1934 and we now have the the General Drawing numbers courtesy of Eric's publication. It all takes time.
