A while back, I picked up this strange sort of flaher-unit with the name of BRACH SIGNAL COMPANY on the plate. The only other piece of Brach equipment I've seen is an old relay case/crossing mast combo in Pennsylvania.

When was this company in business, and did they fold, or were they swallowed up by one of the bigger boys? I can't seem to find much info on them.
