Post subject:  S-160 and business car in Moses Lake, WA

I was in Moses Lake (WA) on Wednesday and drove by to check on Monte Holm's S-160 and the other equipment around his salvage yard. Sorry, no pics. I didn't have a camera with me.

The S-160, business car, two cabeese and a tank car are on a siding enclosed by a heavy duty fence and appear to be in excellent condition. Of course, the high dry climate helps. The siding appears to connect to live rail.

I'm sure that this stuff is tied up in Monte's estate at the time but I'm sure hopeful that it all lands in good hands up the road.

Does anyone know the heritage of the business car? The colors would remind you of GN (faded orange and dark green) but for some reason I remember this car was former SP&S. I'm sure someone here knows.

If you ever want to take a peak, the equipment is just off I-90, Exit 176, right on the main street going into town.
