Post subject:  Pullman construction/order records?

Does anyone know if the construction order records for Pullman for the wooden freight car era exist and where.

Particularly, I am looking for information on an order of five single-truck cabooses built 1904 (or maybe 1905) for the Tonopah Railroad. These appearently were sized for the future standard gauging of the road; but, initially used as 3-foot gauge cars.

Photos show three of the five cars as narrow gauge cars with numbers 9, 11, and 13. On the standard gauge Tonopah & Goldfield these cars were numbered A1 though A5. A later order of standard gauge single truck cars for the T&G was numbered A6 through A11.
