I note this piece in Flimsies concerning the erection of "train poles" at Hart Park in Santa Clarita, California, using student labor. The photo shows the 1629 in the background. Does anyone know if it ever got reassembled and cosmetically restored, as was planned after the plan to steam it again was dropped?
