 Post subject: Proposed RR at Dayton, Nevada?

Stumbled onto this by accident. Not sure what they planned (article is from 2004). Dayton was on the long-gone Carson & Colorado narrow gauge. They're working toward saving the old station, but I hadn't heard of this proposal to run a train.
