I think this Illinois project has been mentioned before, but here are some photos:

The private project apparently uses foundry patterns and drawings from the previous National Park Service "Jupiter", now in Utah. Incidently, near-identical 4-4-0s (but coalburners with diamond stacks) ran here out of Saratoga for the Rennsalear & Saratoga, later part of the Delaware & Hudson. Photos of some of these locomotives were used in developing drawings for the NPS engine.
