And more OT - easy holiday cookie recipe my wife dug up. I just made a bunch for family obligations.

Get two boxes of spice cake mix and a big can of pumpkin pie filling.

Dump them together into a large bown and thouroughly mix.

Dump in a big bag of chocolate chips, mix in.

Bake in spoonfuls on cookie sheets at 350 for about 15 mins.

This produces soft, cakelike cookies sure to pacify the membership about not being consulted regarding collections management decisions.
