In this pile of scrap, they did not appear to be damaged yet. A rare item that would be very hard to reproduce:

Good Catch! - There are a number of F-units that are missing some or all of their grills.

I had heard that there was a Rio Grande B-unit in the UP collection at Cheyenne? Perhaps people were confused and were referring to this one?

No, the ex-Rio grande "B" #5763 unit was still at Cheyenne at last report. This isn't it.
