Dear Mr. J. David Conrad, I finally made it to El Paso to see the restored version of EP & SW #1 and I want to publicly say thank you for your efforts on this project. As you know the preservation of this locomotive is very important to a lot of locomotive and railroad historians and the preservation work put into the locomotive shows a lot of hard work by you and the crew at Southwestern Crane and Rigging. Thank you for your time and effort on it as the locomotive is definitely better off today because of these efforts. Robby Peartree |
