On Monday I gave as paper at the Modern Steam conference in York, UK, on Porta Treatment. The formal version of what I had to say is now available via the link on this site: http://www.portatreatment.com/ The paper was written to provide a very brief overview of the treatment and to record in public the answers to the various objections raised here in Britain. |
