Madison roundhouse question

Is it this one or the C&NW facility that became the real estate office in Madison, Wisconsin?

Wow! One white rimmed driver tire on the 2-8-0. Better not try this on your model railroad; very unprototypical!

The C&NW roundhouse is owned by APEX Management. Along with their office they rent out office space to several companies including a heating and air conditioning company. The old Milwaukee road roundhouse has been torn down back in the late 1980's.
