A fellow "Balti-moron" has identified the location:

"It's at the [Baltimore] Produce Terminal - I believe we have a slide or 2 of the engine at the Produce Terminal - possibly by [a few local photographer's names]. . . . Maybe 1953 - There was another display, I think, in 1958, maybe NMRA, and then there was something, I think, in 1968, when the NRHS had the convention here."
