This 44 tonner was listed for sale on Ozark Mountain Railcar recently but is now listed as sold. Does anybody know who purchased it? |

I'd like to know as well. This was the first locomotive I ever ran! Was she ever MEC? She was B&M blue first time I ever saw her back around 1972? Yikes. |

There's also another 44-tonner numbered 119 around. It's at the Concord & Claremont and is for sale. See http://www.theccrr.com/sale.htm. |

Thanks John. Yes, this is the same unit as listed on Ozark Mtn. Try this link again -- I believe there was an extra dot in there. http://www.theccrr.com/sale.htm |

With #119 and #30 going out the door, that leaves the CCRR as an all-Alco operation. Pretty cool, though I will always have a soft spot for the Pinsley 44-tonners of my youth! Rob |
