I'm a little puzzled by this Flimsies piece. I thought Dunsmuir had a fairly active group there, but it seems they have given up on this historic building without a fight. Anyone know more?

It seems a waste to let the structure be torn down, when it could be used to shelter equipment. I also question that it will cost "millions" to remove the asbestos and tear it down.
