Looks like one of the 4-4-2 Imperials that was converted for wreck train service. |

Same renumbering information to me in a private letter over F. D. Acord (UP CMO) signature dated April 7, 1972. There were seven (7) IMEPRIAL cars converted to MP&M derrick bunk cars. Other information available to me says that IMPERIAL PALM was vacated from the passenger roster as of 9-70. |
