A group of 13 IC&E SD40/SD45s are going to scrap in Chicago. Among them is ICE #221 which started life as Chicago Great Western #404. CGW had nine SD40s which were the last locomotives the road bought in 1966. http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=180711 |
