Actually, this is prep work to rebuild the Greenbrier Siding. The contract has been awarded for rebuilding the siding; work should begin within the next few weeks. The siding will be moved over about 8-10 feet because it was too close to the main line -- you could literally touch the stuff that used to be stored on the siding without straining as the train went by.
