Anyone have news about the disposition of these units? I know that one belongs to the Lake Superior Railroad Museum, but the last time I read anything about them, the rest were in limbo. |

Actually, don't they (Lake Superior Railroad Museum) now own both the originally gifted F9A and an F9B, donated in return for them allowing the A to be used in a special move a couple of years ago? I believe the remaining units (2 A's and 3 B's) were posted on Rail Swap fairly recently at a rather high price (considerably higher than originally offered). The listing is no longer there, however. It appeared (my supposition) that they had been bought and were being offered by a different broker than when first made available several years back. Any information on their disposition? |
