We're very close to finishing a new article/brief system for RyPN. We hope to beginning testing it with people from outside RyPN. It has the following features:

1. A site moderator can authorize any individual to create an article or brief. This gives the authorized individual access to a control panel, a file upload facility and a WYSIWYG editor to create the article or brief.

2. The article (or brief) author can edit, add to and work on his article as long as cares to. When finished he clicks a Submit button and the article or brief is made available to the RyPN editorial staff.

I would like two or three volunteers to work with the system while we work the kinks out of it.
