I was showing a friend of mine the UP roundhouse on Google Earth today and spotted another portion of a roundhouse a little north east of where the Challenger is. Who's roundhouse was this? There is no turntable. JD Johnson, Morehead and North Fork Railroad Historian |

It is along the BNSF's line north from Cheyenne. So it was one of their predecessor roads. I was in the area on two trips in 1996 and 1997. Easily visible from the neighboring street AFAI remember CV the civil E in NJ |
