| Post subject: | coaling tower |
I was wondering if anyone has any photos that they could ether post or email to me of a coaling tower that stands over the tracks I believe that it is in Ohio. I also think that it was posted here about a year ago but I have preformed a search and found nothing. Thank You Al azubal@nycaprr.com |

Are you talking about the former PRR coaling tower that is on the now-NS Sandusky line out of Marion? You can see from US 23 about two exists North of Marion on the left. I have pictures of the coaling tower TJ is describing and I did post it during a thread about coaling towers on the old Interchange a while back. I will see if I can find the image and repost it, or the photo and rescan it. May be a couple of days. Railway Preservation News hkading@rypn.org |
