Who is the owner? Is it private or a corporation, city /state? A good place for it would be either Steamtown or the group that owns the B&M 3713 being restored to operation at Steamtown in Scranton, PA. Would come in handy for freight charters, and of course it would benefit a historical B&M collection. Perhaps a fund drive to help pay for the move? How quick does it need to be moved? I'm curious, but answers posted might benefit a potential owner. /Mitch |

Hi, If you are interested, please use the contact info in the first post. I don't have any more info, but I did find a link that is apparently about the car in question. Rob http://photos.nerail.org/showpic/?photo=2007052408221823961.jpg&order=bydate&page=2

Maybe the city of Peabody, Mass. would be interested in this caboose, to go with the 0-6-0T they are currently restoring for display downtown. Or perhaps the Conway Scenic or Hobo railroads would like it. Richard Symmes |
