Post subject:  racine rail drill

I have an old hand crank Racine rail drill and am looking for info on it.
I'm not sure if it's complete, does anyone have any old catalogs or instruction sheets I could get a scan of?
Also it takes a 5/8 shank bit that has a flat on one side like the old blacksmiths post drill bits. Does anybody still make that style of bit?
