If you haven't looked at this excellent website for a while, it is worth the time to view their restoration progress. They seem to have the best combination of steam-qualified people, interested volunteers and cooperation from local and state businesses, including the Durango & Silverton. When so many groups fizzle and fail, theirs is a real inspiration. |
