Thought this was too true, from the IRM Yahoo Groups Site. Richard Wilkens Re: Need "10 Phases of a Project" > I am doing a presentation on the Dyno car X-5000 in a few weeks at the > MRHA convention in Elgin and would like to know if anyone has a copy > of the "10 Phases of a Restoration Project" for my presetnation. I thought there were only six stages: 1. Enthusiasm 2. Disillusionment 3. Panic 4. Search for the Guilty 5. Punishment of the Innocent 6. Praise and Honors for the Non-Participants :-) Frank Hicks |

The SIX were published frequently in the aviation industry as the six phases of any project. Pretty true, too, and probably applicable to a restoration program. I have personally attended many "Phase Six" dinners. |
