Greetings, I'm trying to research the following information regarding today's passenger car market. Here are my questions: How many groups do passenger car restoration as a business? How many cars are being restored annually in this country by these companies? God Bless, Gerald Kopiasz Heartland Railroad Historical Society hrrhs@aol.com |

Hi Gerald; Can't speak for anybody else, but I do about 3 over 5 years as a contractor among my other various projects. Strasburg has a good rebuild shop as does Steamtown, Glen Guerra and Vance Dickenson are fine craftsmen as well. Apologies to anybody I am leaving out. Dave irondave@bellsouth.net |

I have just started my subscription and there is a fair amount of advertising by the different services. Ted Anderson Amer. Ass'n of Private Car Owners tedander@core.com |
