This is an outside frame 2-8-0 from the International Railway of Central America, brought to Colorado for the Sundown & Southern RR, a private operation near Ft. Lupton, Colorado, that never really got off the ground. It is eventually supposed to go to the Georgetown Loop for operation.

Indeed it is, Bob. Little 12 is handling 5 cars now and ran 6 trips yesterday, maintaining schedule, after getting a lot of debugging done during the first few days of operation. 111 will allow us to haul an 8 or 9 car train, and turn away many fewer potential riders. I hate seeing disappointed people leave after we can't seat them on our sold out trains.

Unfortunately, it seems next year is the soonest 111 can be projected to be complete.
