Hello,

Some very large 4'-8-1/2" gauge steam locomotives have sold for less than this. Yikes! On the flip side, with this gauge, if you have the property, trackage rights would be a tad bit easier to obtain plus slightly lower operation and maintenance costs!

If it sells, more power to them!

I think that the seller is being a little bit optimistic.....

While the sellers may be a bit optomistic, they are including a lot of other stuff, such as 1,000 ft. of track, patterns, drawings (some historic..) and so on, so it may not be so far off track. However, as you can see as of right now, there are "0" bidders!
