Post subject:  Laona & Northern diesel question

Did this engine survive? I think they're still running steamer 4, but wonder if this diesel is still there. Is it a Porter?

Bob,

You forgot the link, so I don't know what diesel you are asking about. I believe there is an EMD switcher at Laona, however one of the railroad's earlier engines (#101, Vulcan) is preserved at the Heritage Historical Village in New London, WI.
