WSBA was until, recently part of a family owned holding company that owned several radio stations, a cable company and Pfaltzgraff pottery. T

he CFO of that company was/is part of the MCF board-so they would know MCF well, as a former executive was involved.

The company was broken up and parts (maybe all of it), I think due to a lack of desire on the part of the younger members of the family to continue the business. The cable assets were sold to Comcast, I believe-the pottery business to something like American Home Brands and the radio stations to a media company.
