I think this is at the railfan viewing platform there. Nicely kept for now, but needs a shelter to keep it that way.

That is correct Bob, the Whitcomb side-rodder sits positioned between the visitor's center and the viewing platform. There is also a small shelter with another critter and some mow equipment. There are literally trains everywhere you look. There's even a privately owned (Milwaukee) bay window caboose across the street. Given that the other pieces are under cover I would imagine there are plans to shelter the centercab at some point...
