Photos from 2006. I'm guessing the BC for this one means former Buffalo Creek, but don't know:

Former Rock Island C415 at Hamburg, NY. These had a V8 version of the 251 engine:

Assuming the Alco HH660 is indeed Buffalo Creek (and I recall the ex-Relco loco is), then it's BCRR 43, the only one they had.
